ABOUT
Hello! I'm Vainayaki, aka the Kiki of Kikisfitkitchen. I'm a Los Angeles native with a passion for nutritional science, public health, and athletics, among other things, and helping others improve their physical fitness.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Redlands, with particular coursework emphasis in medical biology and human nutrition. I am also a NESTA certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition certified health coach, and aspiring dietitian.
In addition to guiding others to a healthy lifestyle, I'm also a competitive sprinter, with two NCAA All-American titles in the 400m sprint and 4x400m relay, placing second in the country in the open 400m in the 2013 Division III championships.
I strongly believe and witness through my work that taking care of our bodies not only helps us perform better or feel better in them, but also carries over into other areas of our lives to promote overall wellness, clarity, and happiness. My clients see results and improvement in their health and fitness and acquire knowledge and tools to maintain results on their own.
Through my fitness services and health blog, I hope to show people the value in taking the best care of their health from the kitchen to the workout and everything in between, while creating an environment that supports this.
Feel free to reach out and contact me with questions or book a session!
